Fraud never trust.I booked a ticket for 2 nights on 24th. But due to your mistake, and u didn't inform me.it got canceled. When I reached there at night, I found that my booking has been canceled and there are no empty rooms in the hotel. Now it has been 5 days but still no money has been received from these people. And all that new process is done or payment is not received from you. No call from them now don't understand how to get my money back. I have also mailed them. But no reply came.
