Ratings and reviews

The app keeps saying "Unstable network, please try again later". As such, it fails to load many things including the chart. My network is very strong by the way, and this problem has been going on for many days since I signed up. I am afraid of depositing funds, for fear that it will keep behaving like this and make trading/withdrawal impossible. Please fix your app. The network requests are failing miserably for a nicely designed app like this.

I’ve tried a bunch of crypto apps, but this one stands out. It’s lightweight, runs fast, and doesn’t freeze up like others. The layout is neat, and I was able to find all features easily. Big thumbs up 👍

Very good customer service in regards to a withdrawal. They walked me through it step by step. And requested screenshots to see exactly what I was seeing, so as to send me in the right direction! Cudos!
