This app accomplishes most basic functions adequately with the exception of mobile check deposit which I've had to discontinue. It struggles to recognize a number of printed business checks while doing a great job with handwritten ones. Not helpful. Then it won't always tell you the check is rejected except in a letter by mail days later. That's not the app, but an inconvenient process tied to the app... Add no after hours support and it takes the rating to 2.5 stars but I've rounded up.

This app, especially for business, is extremely out dated, it's almost embarrassing. Every time I log in, prompts me to enable notifications which I already do. The background image is something from 1990. Doesn't allow zelle, transfer from other banks, and interface is slow and extremely old. Makes me consider if they put this much effort to their app, how much is my business secured. Makes me want to switch to Chase or Capital One, who I have heard have great mobile apps.

Functionaly, it works for everything I've used it for. It definitely doesn't look great doing it. Some of the transition screens look like a low resolution web interface, rather than being fully contained in the higher quality app. It would be great if you could find a way to add business account functionality into the standard becu app which looks much better.
