It works BUT the feature of auto unlock when you return home doesn't always work and when it does it takes 5 minutes with me often left standing at the door waiting since I don't have a key. I also have the key pad and it's of no use, no matter how many times I updated my fingerprint, it doesn't recognize it. I try using the pin code and hit unlock and nothing happens but a few beeps. I think this system has potential but their programming isn't there. I suggest looking into August or something.

For the most part great device easy to install ,set up, and setup with Alexa. Problem after calibration saying door is open when it's shut sometimes, Then I get an alert that my barn door was closed when it figures out where it's at. at least when my barn door is closed it alerts me that it's been opened even though it tells me it's already open So no one's going to get in without me getting an alert. Recalibrated three times same results wish I could only knock off half a star.

Used to be extremely happy with Bosma but nowadays the software is always problematic. Sometimes will lose connection with cameras. Sometimes extremely slow to view video. Now it forces you to view the video rather than a picture/ quick snapshot. So I can't tell if it's an emergency or not without playing the video to see what happened (because you can't enlarge the snapshot of the video without hitting play). The cameras are good though. We've had ours for several years and still working.
