About this app

BSI Mobile is one of the distribution channels owned by Bank Syariah Indonesia to access accounts owned by customers using 3G/4G/5G technology and WIFI via smartphones.

Registration:
1. Registration/Registration Process
a. Customers can register for BSI Mobile independently using Face Recognition verification or through Branch Offices, BSI ATMs, and Bank Syariah Indonesia Call 14040.
b. After successful registration, the customer will receive an SMS containing an activation code.

2. Download Process
For phones with Android, IOS
Google Play Store, App Store with the keyword 'BSI Mobile'.
Make sure the BSI Mobile application is offered by / publisher / by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk.

3. Activation Process
The customer inputs the mobile number and activation code obtained from the branch at the time of registration/registration.

I've already activated my account via BYOND, but I still can't log in to my account, saying "permintaan tidak bisa diproses, " and I can't even pay my order through e-commerce via BYOND because there is no b option there. ughhh, BSI Mobile is already good until you tell me that I've to use BYOND.

Can't take a screenshot of the receipt directly after the transaction because of the security reasons? It's good that means any recoding apps will not be able to record everything on my screen. BUT, when I need to send the receipt to someone else or just save it on my gallery for documentation reasons, I need to open my email every time. That's unpractical things to do. Please change it back.

Been a user for almost a year and I'm not lying when I say this is the worst mbanking app for Indo bank. "Close overlaying pop up" has now become traumatizing for me. I can't switch between apps (which is necessary to copy paste account numbers for the transaction) without that cursed word disrupting my activity and rendering my transfer attempt useless. And sometime the overlaying pop up it's trying to tell me to close is the KEYBOARD. I have more complaint but I ran out of character so...
