I am consistently having issues with video calls, it takes like 20-30 seconds to "connect immediately", 50% of the time, I can't see him, just a black screen so I have to call back. This stresses my Dad out because he thinks he did something. It always works the second time. My voice is often delayed so I have to hear an echo while I talk. For the price, this is extremely frustrating. Please fix it.

Control and Reminders work ok, but the remote app frequently requires loading 2x or crashes. Users have *no control* over text message housekeeping (you still can't delete text messages). AutoConnect Video Call is unreliable/buggy.
Monthly fee of $29 + ~$100 equipment cost. $25+shipping for a replacement remote control. Only (1) remote can be connected at a time. They have increased Annual & All-In prices. Tech Support is limited to M-F.

I absolutely love this for my mom! It was working perfectly for us. Notice I said "was". Recently, the app kept suggesting that I update it. I finally gave in and did so and now the video chat feature let's us chat for about 60 secs and them it cuts us off. I hope this problem either repairs itself or I'm going to have to figure something else out. I can't see paying 200 for the system and 30 dollars per month if it keeps crashing the video chats!
