The app freezes constantly. Sometimes the camera flips when scanning, making scanning impossible until you reboot. I've been using this app for four years and it gets worse over time. Today, everything has been scanned and I just need to upload, but it crashes every time I open it. We are a small pharmacy, the order isn't that large. The app is atrocious. The user experience is horrible when it doesn't work and servicable when it does.

Constantly freezing up when this happens while trying to upload to the desktop it often sends duplicate or more of the same orders. It does not like to save the quantity you type In unless you press the up button many times, which is inconvenient and time consuming when you have a quantity of 24 or more. Often signs you our in middle of an order.

No longer have option to switch acct number after starting order if you selected wrong account originally. When manually entering item number it would bring up number keyboard for easier entering. Not scanning certain barcodes. But I do like that the picture is shown now and alternatives options. Thanks for addressing some of my issues and responding.

Hi Torrie, the app works like OE web where you switch accounts first to create an order for that account. To delete an order, swipe left on the order in the Cart screen. Please send a picture of a barcode that is not scanning to OEMobile@cardinalhealth.com and we'll follow up. Thank you for the number pad suggestion - we are working on it.
