It just doesn't work with what you need. This app for a seasoned dev should be a bit of a challenge, not a mess. The payment button doesn't work anymore. Bus info is broken. After such a long time, it doesn't have an account feature. The times of the tickets are wrong. There's no in bus verification, and the app is easy to replicate with Javascript or java. The only things that do work are the streetcar and Chat functionalities. Your design is great, but the app just doesn't work.

What does it make any sense is that I bought a day trip and then before it expired I actually transferred it so I had another 2 hours before it expired but when I was going to get on the bus to use it it was already expired and it wasn't even three maybe they can fix it to where I can actually still use it

I have less than a year of experience coding and was able to make a more functional trip planner for route 19. I've seen some amateur hour stuff before but it cant even find half of its own stops in its search. Stop 4017 might literally not be in the searchable database. Almost nothing on this app works, genuinely. Map of routes? Jpeg of the image they put on the stops, of course not oriented north for maximum confusion. Live bus locations that they removed from the last app? Not here either.
