One Co-branded Credit Card Banking Partners & Eligibility Criteria

One Co-branded Credit Card is offered by multiple banks i.e South Indian Bank (SIB), Federal Bank, BOBCARD, CSB Bank, Indian Bank, and SBM (State Bank of Mauritius) in partnership with OneConsumer Services Pvt. Ltd.

You must be 18+ years old and an Indian resident to be eligible for One Co-branded Credit Card. The approval is subject to your credit score and the issuing bank partner’s eligibility criteria.

Interest-free period - up to 48 days
The interest rate on unpaid dues - 3.75% p.m.
Over limit charges - 2.5% (min Rs. 500)
EMI Processing fee - 1% (min 99)
EMI Foreclosure fee - 3% (min 99)

Very third class app. Not working properly. So many times transactions declined without any reason... This is lead to trust issues... Very third class app and card. No support received. Even chat section is also not loading. Not able to contact customer care. One more thing, they shows winner price but , as my transactions increase, they are not giving coins. That means all scheme are fake. They only shows scheme but not giving to anyone.

It was like keeeping our head in others hand and dancing according to their play. I've a refund issue. I've received this mail 3 months ago. ***In case of an account closure, the fixed deposit amount will be refunded to the source account within 7 working days from the date of account closure.*** It's been more than 3months no response to the mail. These people won't work on bugs. They play with the people's mind. Don't make fixed deposits. Instead invest in gold. Worst application.

It just tell you that 'Your card is reserved.' but they don't give you any card. And they keep sending you WhatsApp messages to click the link and take the next step. But when you click the link you hit the same screen which tells you that 'Your card is reserved.' Keeping their app is only wasting your phone space. Dear Onecard, if nothing has changed then why the hell do you send me message to take next step..? And why should I keep your app in my phone if I am going to see the same screen.?
