Did what was asked relating to logging in with temporary password. Doesn't work for me. Maybe because my wife's the main account via online banking even though it's originally my account? Frustrating to say the least, especially since it doesn't seem all that secure of a way to log in "for the first time in the new app" maybe just let us use our log in and send the one time code in text like usual. Very weird way to begin signing in to the new app. šŸ‘Ž 1 ⭐ until I can access my account again.

I am so tired of having to sign in using multi factor authentication EVERY single time. I use my fingerprint to login, you know something that no one else in the world has that is unique to only me? What the hell is an AI robot going to do from preventing someone from hacking my account anyway? Centier keep giving me reasons to want to switch to another bank.

this bank is highly untrustworthy and lazy, money was stolen from my account and Centier promised id get refunded and I was never refunded this bank is so hypocritical it's insane anyone even uses then and they refuse to refund a overdraft fee when my account shouldn't have even overdrafted, these people are thieves who dont care or do their jobs now im losing my account because they want money from me hell no you owe ME, but that's OK I'll make sure I get a settlement from this.
