Great app for when you need a ride from one NYU location to another an hour after you book said ride. The idea is great the execution is not, every time without fail you'll wait an hour or more to get picked up, by that point you could've walked to wherever you wanted to go, so book early or complain and maybe they'll hire more drivers.
