It's ok for as a very basic phone, but as a professional app it is definitely lacking even basic features. No option to sync contacts with Desktop. When you touch a missed call, it immediately calls that that number instead giving you options to add, delete or text the missed caller. Cannot import csv contacts. Very painful to work with if you do not want personal phone contacts mixed with work contacts which is the only option for importing contacts. Really sluggish to start.

I hate this app so much. So SO much. My calls drop, I get randomly muted during conversations which confuses the heck out of my clients, and it does not integrate well with my Bluetooth headset (Plantronics brand, if you're curious). And no real resolutions for any of this. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

Barely functional except for sometimes. loses audio when screen times out, but not always...enjoy that one. will work with Bluetooth headsets.. usually...the audio device used will sometimes change mid call. It's honestly the worst app I have used in years, but it is functional. Kinda sad for a business product, but maybe they want everyone to use iOS for some reason?
