Glad a one star means hates it. Can't trust it when it comes to back up for data especially precious photos etc. you need to be able to rely on a program. Well when you can't even get it to work then how much trust can you truly have? I got mine at qvc also. They make it sound so good. HA! Now it's sold out so you can't put a review. Figures. I can't get things to upload to this device from the computer at all. The mobile was just ok. Blahh

Keep getting the "backup failed" msg. Tried the USB OTG app & Google files...deleted, reloaded, always granted permissions and always failed. Occasionally it would read "successfully connected" then wouldtap backup all button & kept getting "connect device" msg. So immensely frustrating. Was bothered that the app conveniently offers the option to buy a service for over $60. Just want the device (which was a gift) to WORK.

Had left a 1 star review, but tried the help chat one last time. I got a nice guy willing to try. He actually listened! Anyway, long story short, it's a fault with the mo disk app and some android phones. Solutions are get your provider to turn OTG setting on as its disabled on some phones. OR, use the clickfree app instead. IT WORKED! Thanks helpful guy!
