This application is a waste of time. I installed the application and set finger print as my authorization method it kept on saying 'finger print mismatch' and I used the same fingers which I registered on my phone. Also, I tried to transfer from my account after I switched PIN method. It showed 'transfer successful' yet my account wasn't debited and the other account wasn't credited. I dont think anything good will come from SUNTRUST BANK. You also have the WORST customer service in the world.

This App is the worst in the world of banking, I will log in to the App and end up meeting and empty dashboard, no way to do any transaction, my balance don't display, nothing after logging in works for me. Thinking i wanted to use it for my main saving account. Thanks for the heads up

This app is great, but for 5 hours now I can't login my account please what is wrong?
