The new layout is nice. But the functionality for depositing checks is lacking. Before the overhaul I was able to take pictures and deposit from the app, no problem. When I use auto capture to take a picture of the check, it crashes after it captures. When I switch to manual capture, it takes a successful picture of one side, then when I click the option to capture the other side of the check, the app crashes.

Since the digital banking upgrade, this app fail to allow mobile deposits. It shuts down before taking images, during, and after. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but same problem. Check has been endorsed "for mobile deposit only" so no option to mail it in now!! Let's get some experts on this right now. It should never have been rolled out with this critical malfunction. I never had trouble with the previous version, and customer service has always been top notch.

After the latest update, the app crashes repeatedly. On two different phone models my husband and I have the same experience... The app crashes every time you attempt to deposit a check. Uninstalling the app and even an update to my phone have not resolved the issue. I submitted a help request to CFCU, but have had a very slow response and no actual help yet. This bug needs to be fixed immediately. I see others have reported the same issue.
