The updates on money spent should happened sooner. I have several cards that shows the "new balance" immediately after spending or paying some on the balance. Why yall take 3 days to update is beyond me! My best guess is that gets yall a lot of $30 overdraft fees. Maybe yall lack the technology to be more accurate sooner. At the end of the day it's on me to keep track of what I've spent, so whatever I guess 🤷 I still love yall.

I love everything about it except the deposit remote capture thing. I tried several times to take pictures of the check I was trying to deposit, and kept getting messages to move farther away, then move closer up. Then it would say "unable to capture ". I gave up and mailed it to the bank. I'm in Georgia and you have no branches here, nor are there credit unions with shared branch banking, or atm's that I can use.

I have tried to use the print option to print details of my Safe credit Union Visa card, using the smart phone SFCU app. I press print, & it does nothing. I prefer a hard copy printed from my phone, so I have a paper trail record. I am thinking about cancelling my my credit card due to the fact the app won't let me print my visa bill from my phone. I have no problems with any other app accounts when trying to print a bill. I am not happy with this app.
