Old app worked "great", like 5* great, it crashes every other time I used it. New one doesn't crash, bravo developers. BUT the user interface is not so simple SUBMIT needs to appear the instant the minimum requirements to create a work order are met not seemingly randomly. I have to go in and out of each field until SUBMIT appears. Also sometimes the drop down menus will drop below my virtual keypad and won't scroll so I have to manually type in my selection imstead of the quick drop down.

There was a recent update, and now there are no longer the check marks showing where you completed a subset of tasks, and if a task won't complete, you are forced to go back through every level of every step to try to see what you missed. The new layout is difficult to navigate and links are not always highlighted, so if you select a task wrong, too high in the box for instance it may take you to the data on the piece of equipment rather than the, in my case, inspection task for said equipment.

Average. It just barely gets the job done for it's purpose Date range on filter would be nice. As well as prioritizing orders by date as well as by severity in active use on app. Search ability would also be nice. I'm sure these are probably accessible in computer with full software program. Or maybe it's just administrator friendly.
