I have had a wonderful experience with my doctors. The problems I have had is with Duly's billing and payments, they cannot apply payments to your account and keep up to date payments that are made, they are the most inept billing department I have ever seen, the billing department is antiquated they really need to train their staff because they don't have a clue how to keep good records, they will charge double triple and quadruple times for the same thing.

UPDATE 10-'25: With few updates: Significantly better than start. Added updated labs/notes/info notices, Rx info., notes w/ nurse+physician. '23: App With ⚠️🆕 DULY system, significantly worse: less functional than previous MyChart App. No functn. 2 ask nurse/physician question. No lab location contact info or messaging. 48 to 96 hour delay 4 question response. --> 'real time' is only @ office/lab.

Was told at my last physical that once I got on Medicare I would need to make an appointment for a wellness visit. I wasn't able to do it through the app, then had to call the 888 number who wasn't sure who sent me to the office and made an appointment, then was told it would be done during my physical. I wish we could just call the office direct instead of talking to so.eone who doesn't have an idea what is going on.
