EXTRA Driver is a complimentary mobile application paired with a subscription-based Elite EXTRA web application for routing and tracking delivery drivers, service technicians, and more. Drivers receive routes and complete stops and tasks from the easy-to-use mobile application.

Note: This app uses location foreground services while logged in. Your location is not tracked when you are not logged into the app. The frequent background updates can decrease battery life.

Ratings and reviews

App works well most of the time. It did freeze once to the point where I had to uninstall then reinstall it. Only happened once. Also, sometimes when I take the picture, the app will keep the "Report Delivery" button greyed out, despite acceptance of the picture and signature. I then have to skip the stop and call dispatch so the stop can be updated and the app can allow me to continue with my next stops. I'd like to know if there's a better solution. Otherwise, a generally good app.

Most invasive app EVER! Employer made us use app to track deliveries, I understand, but I looked at permissions it was given. WOW. App is always open during shift. Even in background it recorded audio from mic, texts, Google accts, CC#s, my contacts, and info. Full network access+ connections! paired BT. Changed BT and.ALL PHONE settings. Could swap MY P#, device ID, hide active calls and remotely connect them, even record me thru my cam! Disgusting. If given more room, I would say much more.

Horrible app. Crashes, doesn't sync, kicks you back to the beginning of the route, logs you off, just an all around horrible app. Can't wait till my company gets rid of it! Plus there is absolutely nowhere I can find in the app or settings on my phone to turn the god damn beep off everytime I leave. Fucking annoying as fuck!!!!!!!!
