Don't know if I'm the only one with this issue. I go to register and fill out the info. It asked for name, birthday, and employee ID. I fill it out, and then I get a message that social security numbers should be entered without -. Well, that's great to know but I didn't enter a social because there is no spot that asks for my social. Very frustrating

App doesn't work. It takes forever to load anything, but more to the point nothing ever actually loads. Anytime I try to log into the app it just creates a portal to the website and fails to load. Sadly using the website is also frustratingly slow. It took me far to long to enroll for my benefits, and I haven't been able to access my account since.

Hi Jaron, you may experience slightly longer loading times the first time you connect to the app, because the system is validating your account for security purposes and loading your employer-specific experience into your app. Afterwards, it should be much quicker! Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

As other people have said-yes the initial user interface on mobile (at least for android) is terrible. You don't have the option to type in your date of birth, you would have to scroll all the way from the present year/month to the year/month you were born. (I also have a recent phone, S22ultra, so it's not like I'm on an ancient Android so that's not the issue) Edit: ALSO-i just realized it doesn't have you register in the app itself, it opens a web browser to do it. 😮💨
