This app is the worst thing ever. You put set amounts of money instead of just deducting straight from your bank account, like the previous app did. GET THIS.........the options for the amount of money you can put in aren't even matched to the vehicle you want to rent. It's $12 an hour to rent the car at my apartment complex, but I can only put in $10, $25, $50, and so on. This means I will ALWAYS have extra money sitting on this retarded app that DOESN'T EVEN WORK. WHY MOVE TO A NEW APP IF YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE THINGS HARDER FOR YOUR CONSUMER!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! In addition to a convoluted payment method and worse UI, you now HAVE TO connect to the vehicle via bluetooth, and it didn't even work when I tried it! Not only this, but I was charged for a failed attempt at renting! What the actual hell. The previous app worked fine, but why make things easier when you could make them harder and also impale your customers with unneeded fines and confusing systems! I have used the prior app for months with occasional issues, but they could be solved with a phone call, this app is abysmal. Also, I almost forgot to mention that before you drive the car the app has to verify driver's license, which it said would take up to 24 hours. I waited a week and a half before calling corporate to complain, and they said it was a glitch, and that my license had been approved only a week after I submitted my request(ONLY A WEEK AFTER THE 24 HOURS I WAS EXPECTING). This app is terrible but the customer service people are kind. I've talked to Sky(Male) multiple times and he's never failed to help me out. I literally can't get groceries as a college student without this app, so I guess I'll starve.

This app is a piece of garbage. The car does not unlock successfully, you have to add funds only in $5 increments to be able to use the car, every time I try to connect to the car the app keeps crashing, it makes this borderline unusable. The only time I actually use it is when the nearby zipcars are all already reserved and I have no other choice. I abhor this app and it's the worst thing I've ever had to use.

The android app doesn't work at all, I've tried contacting the company regarding the issues, and they just say that the team is working on it, it's not almost 2 months, and still no difference. The only way I can control the car options is through text message, which is a very time consuming process, because sometimes the operator takes a long time to unlock/lock the car or even start my ride, which is very inconvenient because that time is wasted from my overall rental time period.
