I had a fantastic experience with the Omni card support team. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about my card and they were able to provide clear and concise answers. The team was patient and courteous throughout the entire interaction. I highly recommend Omni card support for their excellent customer service.

I've been using this app from more than 3 years now as I'm a old user I even have Omni card and everything was fine so far this app is fast easy and all but this one day I made a payment and my money got deducted but payment failed. I mailed them 3 times and they said you will get your money back in few days that also on my second mail, I didn't get any updates on my first mail nor on third, it's been more than a month now and no progress so far. Do something if you guys are reading this review

I am writing this reveiw as I am fed up with their customer care. I ordered nfc Keychain from omnicard more than six months ago but still it is not delivered. I had raised complaint and emailed them many times but no response from their side. Not even replying. My 300 rupees gone simply on this stupid app. I am regretting now as I had used this and waste my money.
