Terrible. Half the time the machines aren't connected and you can't use the app. Even when you can, it takes longsr than using a card. For dryers, you have to make a new connection for each 10-minute increment, so it takes much, much longer than using a card. It also tells you the wrong time for when your cycle is complete (often 20 minutes early), and is wrong about which machines are free. It does many things wrong and nothing well.

Save yourself the trouble, just pay up and buy a laundry card if your location still supports them. It's much, much slower to start cycles with the app than it is with the card. This app is unfixably bad because it uses Bluetooth talk to the machines. Bluetooth inherently has a pairing delay that app developers can't really do much to avoid. The only thing they could maybe do is persist the connection between the machine and your phone so you can top off dryers more easily without the delay.

It's an okay app when it works, but recently it stopped connecting to any of the machines on my android. Also, you can only add money to your account in increments of $10, which is a common scam that always leaves more money in your account than you need (since the machines cost $2.25). Only reason I don't give 1 star is that their customer support was surprisingly easy for me to reach after one of the machines didn't use any water on my clothes (lol), and they refunded me.
