I have paid for 3 months subscription but still didn't get the thing that I have paid for ,it just say subscribe, is it a scam or something ,I have been calling but nobody is answering

The app is Good mainly for Gr-12 matric examinees .However, the app has many terrible things like In log in and it doesn't Open the second slide More or less it's Good enough

This app is not good u literally have to pay to continue after your free trials ends; this supposed to be a free app where everybody has to have access to it without payment
