Won't let me log into my account. I've tried several times & finally changed my password since that's the only option. & still having problems. I've deleted the app & did a reinstall & same issue... From reading these comments looks like I'm not the only one having problems logging into their acct. I wld give 0 🌟 considering I cnt access it. Ridiculous!! 👎🏻 Going thru all this trouble for nothing!!

This app deserves less than one star!!!!! Doesn't matter what I do this app will not let me sign in. I try to register says it already existed. So I try to sign in. Makes me reset a password which I do. Still won't log me in. Gives me one option and that's to reset password. Absolutely garbage. I won't be spending any money at these stores.

this app is no good and it will not let me log in to my account or update my account to new phone number or update to a new new card I believe that five star / newcomb oil needs to do something and reconstruct the app or do away with the app all together and fan perks as well
