About this app

Subscribing AutoCheck business customers can access AutoCheck vehicle history reports from their mobile device. After downloading and launching the application, users can login using their existing Customer ID and Password. Users can enter a vehicle’s identification number (VIN), or scan the VIN barcode to learn if a vehicle has been reported in an accident, branded a lemon, damaged in a flood, reported repossessed or stolen, and more. AutoCheck reports include the patented AutoCheck Score, allowing users to understand a vehicle’s past quickly and easily, compare it to other vehicles, and lower the risk of buying a vehicle with undetected problems.

AutoCheck is powered by Experian, a global leader in information solutions. A paid subscription and active user account with www.AutoCheckMembers.com is required to receive reports.

For personal security, reports run on the AutoCheckMembers.com website and reports available via the app history are not synchronized. You will not be charged duplicate for obtaining the same vehicle report on both platforms. Because you will always see the latest record information available when viewing a report, an active internet connection is required when viewing reports stored via the app history. The vin barcode scanner functionality may not be compatible with all Android devices. Active AutoCheckMembers.com account users will be able to enter a VIN via text entry. SD Card with available storage required to store reports and send email. Scanner will not scan invalid VINs. Android 4.4 (API 19) or later is required.

Not sure what happened, but about a year ago they switched up their subscription options and reduced the amount of vin checks make them more in line with Carfax. The problem here is Carfax is a superior product, but the plentiful vin check packages offset that disadvantage. Now that their prices and packages are roughly the same, using Carfax over Autocheck is a no-brainer. They essentially gave the individual customer the middle finger in exchange for a service more tailored to dealerships.

Can't log in. I can log into the website but not via the app. It does not recognize your email address and says it has an invalid character.
