Ratings and reviews

If server is down, no control over the connected devices, all being showed as being offline. Also the sensor threshold control of ecocomfort 2.0 are wrongly designed in the middle of the night with vent set on sleep speed when preset values are touched the vent goes straight to boost mode instead of increasing only one step. Very scaring in the middle of the night. No app, no control for the intelliclima devices since those devices have no physical buttons

The quality of the devices is okay, but the app is really poor. Connecting the device to the app takes a very long time (if even successful); the app says that an error has occurred, but never says what this error is and how it should be resolved. Translation to English is quite bad too.

Very poorly designed. We have tried to connect the App repeatedly with no luck. The information in the App and guidance offers no real solutions. Very frustrating. Don't really know how to solve this!
