I had to have bank's help to get into my account. I was unfindable. I was locked out. I don't like the red and black background. The chat pop-up bugs me. Only need an option to click on. I do like to entering code to access. I perfer seeing transactions at once than day by day. Also don't like not being able to enter list of payments all on same page and see total amount of them. Since I have only use the payment option I can't comment on other options yet.

Used to like this app and worked with no problems. Now it always says error updating/unable to sync ever since they switched to the new app. I need to know how much $ I have in my account at times and it hasn't worked. They really need to figure this app situation out. Sometimes newer isn't always better. Wish they never switched their app interface because this new one stinks.

I absolutely hate this app it never works I get kicked out every time I use it, I can't even long in now every time I open the app its a never ending cycle that says "for security purposes you must log in again" and when I try to it sends me a verification code to enter, or atleast it claims it's gonna send one and never does, and when I log in it kicks me out AGAIN. And it changes my password for me?!?!
