This app needs some serious work, gave 1 star because there's not a option for no stars. I have to Uninstall and re install at least 2 times a day to even be able to log in. There have been multiple occasions where it has told us 1 amount and then the next day either be over or under the actuall balance of our bank account. It shows the same transactions multiple times in a day. It is seriously inaccurate and have almost closed our account because of the inaccuracies of this app.

not good! fingerprint is not good enough! if you can't remember your password because of using the fingerprint (which happens)and in the middle of being compromised, you will not get in touch with a live agent,live agents turn the phone line off and blame it on the telesystem,when you need to go online with your own account -well then sorry,if you are compromised, you will get a lecture on being more careful because the associate your face to face with has pay the money back themselves, switch!!

APP ALWAYS DOWN!! I've been with this bank for years and have constantly had issues with the app. It gets to the point where you have to Uninstall then re-download it. I'm tired of having to go to the online browser just to check my account. Something seriously needs to be done! Seriously just tempted to just switch banks with all of the issues we have had.
