Ratings and reviews

App has been very glitchy lately when it comes to basic maneuvering. Every time I try to participate in a live show, it always kicks me out/the app closes out so this feature is a good concept but just doesn't work out for me. Not a fan of XP point for playlist don't overlap to the next level like on OG SongPop. Otherwise game-play when it does load, live 1v1, and missions for monthly passes are spot on!

If your looking for a game with pretty much non-existant, useless, tech support, this is your game. Haven't been able to change profile Pic for several months. After about 15 emails to tech support and a few months I got some suggestions, none of which worked. Also live game I have played as a ghost since I started playing. No help there either. Come October when it's time to renew my subscription for $100 bucks I will be canceling. And it's sad because I do enjoy Songpop classic.

There are three main issues that I have with this app. The first is that after about 20 minutes of playing, it starts to freeze, forcing me to close the app, clear the cache, and open again. The second is the limit on coins earned, which classic doesn't have. The last is having to buy levels on playlist to continue progression, which when combined with the coin timer, leads to abandoned playlists. In all honesty, I'd recommend playing Classic over this
