About this app

Causer is for volunteers to handle their volunteer schedules while engaging with the causes and organizations they care about!

Your volunteer program is using Get Connected volunteer software, giving you access to your volunteer profile right here from the Causer app.

Log in or create your account to connect with your volunteer organization.

From your volunteer dashboard, you'll be able to view all of your past and upcoming volunteer shifts, or select new volunteer shifts!

Receive push notifications when your volunteer shift is approaching and when you arrive on-site ready to check-in.

You can check in directly from the app when you begin volunteering to ensure your program is able to collect your volunteer hours - data that helps make a bigger difference!

The app will also remind you when it is time to check out and stop your volunteer clock.

From your volunteer profile you can:
~ Add hours without checking in
~ Select new volunteer shifts
~ Manage your volunteer schedule in calendar view
~ Check-in/check-out of volunteer shifts
~ And, see the impact you're making!

Ratings and reviews

This app worked fine for me until the latest update. It won't allow you to sign in with a password and wants you to enter a code that they send via email, but the app closes as soon as you switch windows to check you email, and it will not accept the code when you open up the app to login again. I really wish they hadn't changed it, because now it's impossible to login.

Can't log in on mobile app. I have a password, but am not allowed to enter it. Instead, I either get a code sent to my email or a Google confirmation. All good, but when I return to this app, it returns to the login screen to start over, and it wants to send new codes, the previous one doesn't work.

the most unintuitive app i've ever seen in my life. you have to leave the app to view a one-time code to log in, but if you leave the app, the whole log in process restarts.

What’s new

1) Volunteer accounts now show all past and current opportunities with historical hours.
2) Newly created opportunities and shifts appear in correct order.
