Ratings and reviews

Very useful. It's simple to use and better than guardhouse phone calls. The app lets me control my guest list directly, notifies me when guest arrive, and lets me look back on past guests. My only suggestion would be for the menu screen to be the home page. Reading other reviews I want to add this app only works if your HOA is already running GateKey for access management. Your HOA gives you your login & password. The app can't work alone.

I logged in and set up a new password. Each time I log in now it tells me the password is wrong. Even though I continue to try updating my password, none work. Very poor app. I just uninstalled it. Perhaps it works better on an iPhone. I have a brand new flagship Android device and it's useless on this phone.

It only worked once in my android the first time I installed the app on my device and never work again even if I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. My wife who has an iPhone doesn't have any problems with this app. I hope the company fix this issue with the android device.
