I ended up signing up and paying a fee with the understanding I would have the option to not renew when the initial subscription ran out. However, the company says I owe them money because I didn't go through the hassle of calling them and waiting on hold for an hour so that I could speak to someone and cancel my subscription verbally. This app is pure garbage. Unfortunately, I have used many apps that work very well, making it very easy to see your app doesn't. What is the deal with the login? Your app requires I long in every time and won't use my Google stored password. That sucks. I have to use Chrome to access your content. Your competitor's app doesn't have this issue. I will give you a week or two to figure it out. Otherwise , I am canceling.

Great newspaper, but the app for Android does not work well since latest update. Takes 15 or more minutes to load and often does not retain my subscription status. Requires me to sign in each time- annoying. Personally, I do not like the #'s attached to many articles. I understand their purpose but the value does not outweigh the fact that they are visually annoying. Overall, in spite of these issues, I do like reading the paper and find it to be better balanced politically.
