The customer care facility is very poor while trying to clear the doubts on the amount due. The chargeable number doesn't even have an option to connect to a representative. The card's total outstanding amount is not updated in the app and even without giving the option of auto debit, my account has been debited multiple times. There is a relatively high sum amount due that is showing which is not correct as I have paid all my monthly dues, but still the total outstanding keeps on increasing.

The most frustrating app for credit card. 1. If you only want to see the credit card's remaining amount, It still needs location access. Without location access app doesn't open. 2. Reward points are Garbage... You should learn from HDFC. Rewards points should also have redeem option to convert cash. Not every people will like your products to buy. After completing 1 yr. I'll throw it out.

App is not at all working, everytime I try it says that it can not connect to servers. It's so hopeless.. I am so annoyed. How to check the statement, expenses? Its been more than a month now. I reinstalled it, deleted the cache data, installed it on another device, tried everything else but no it doesn't work. It's so frustrating. Why do you change good working apps and make something so terrible.. just keep on updating for the worst user experience. 😡😠🤬
