Funding my wallet was easy but paying for booking with the same wallet was a complete disaster. The flutterwave payment option is not working at all as it's requesting for currency, reference code and other things that are nonexistent on the app. Please, work on these issues. Your app was superb with the bank transfer option for booking but it's so difficult these days.

Review the app. I downloaded it because of the benefit of being picked up. It doesn't show pick-up locations. Some Terminals show price as #2 when they don't have vehicles vying that route. The terms and conditions need to be reviewed to reflect the rescheduling fee of #1000 when you miss your bus after booking online. I am still waiting for the reply to my Mails. Customer care line has no one at the other end to receive calls. Sadly! Not the GIGM I used to know 🥺

I just attempted my first journey with this company, just as a trial. Infact i'm still I'm the journey. Run! This company is so terrible 😔. I'm so pissed with the management. How can you assign a bad vehicle to make a long distance travel. They don't keep to time and never take responsibility. I won't dare try them out again.
