This app sucks. Particularly the integration with Zelle, which is not so much integrated as kind of slapped on in a half-assed way that makes it impossible to navigate within Zelle: you get to a leaf node in Zelle's page tree, and there's no way to go back without exiting Zelle and going back into the main app. I would fire the software engineer that turned in work like this.

The app goes down for maintenance at the most unreasonable times. At this point, the number of times that I have been locked out of my account just for maintenance is making me think switching to another bank would be so much easier and not so much of a headache.

Can't log on. App LOST my deposit This is one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. It is to the point where I regret signing up for this Union. I deposited a check through the app and it was never deposited! I find out months later after no email, letter, app notification or text!? What's the point? I get slammed with fees because the check that the app told me was successfully deposited never went through. FROM A MILLENIAL. AVOID. AVOID AVOID.
