It's a good app, but I would prefer more than one way to sign in as far as like a thumbprint. Many apps offer the use of the phone pin or pattern. There are surely other people like me who have little to no fingerprints because of illnesses. Most of the time, I have to type in my password, which is frankly annoying enough that I just don't bother.

It stopped letting me make my payments on my vehicle loan for the same day. It was my last payment and I was 3 months ahead on payments and I could not pay until after the payment date causing me a late fee. It would keep telling me unable to process transaction at this time try again later. The app navigation is easy. But I also hate having to re-enter my password every couple weeks.

This app is absolutely HORRIBLE! I was forced to upgrade and can log in rarely. Constantly telling me "something went wrong, please call for assistance" which I have done over a dozen times in the last 2 months. Forced to change my password everytime to the point where I can not even think of any more that I would be able to remember. Fingerprint login fails all the time. Instant balance has never worked once. All around a big FAIL with this app. Not sure why they even had to change itπ‘π€¬
