I had installation issues with 25A in-wall. Assumed it was defective, returned and bought a new one, same problem. Finally resolved it by using a different Android device to install. It worked well and I was very happy, but a few months later, the in-wall suddenly lost connectivity, all attempts to reset and reinstall have failed. No other device in my home has issues like this, I own well over 20 smart devices and multiple wifi connected machines. IoT should be super easy and trouble free.

Hi Rob,
Please send us an email at support@connectsense.com if you're still having trouble setting up your in-wall outlet. The outlet's pairing mode times out after 15 minutes, so you probably just need to reset it so that the app can connect.

Laggy overall experience. Useless stats. Takes sometimes half a second, sometime 5+ seconds to load each view. Stats are wildly inaccurate: the outlet with the wifi modem reports 99% of the consumption, the outlet with the washer - 1%. Daily stats are useless for both outlets, it seems.

App works great, only inconvenience is the login process, somehow they change it, and now I have to login every time while using Amazon or Gmail authentication method.
