Smooth operations of getting things we need last minute like diapers, wipes, milk and other things if unexpected guests show up. However, while trying to print documents and have them delivered from my laptop, this could not happen. I tried three different browsers then was finally able to make things work from my smart phone. So... best operations on the smart phone. Don't even waste your time trying to make it happen from your laptop. Still a great app and we have always had a good experience

Horrible platform. Systems are not in place. I was made to pay for the item which I did not recieve. It was credited in the form of a promo which comes with the expiry. When you want to use the promo it will be no where to be seen. The customer service executive have no solutions and neither make efforts to resolve the concerns. In the end if you want to lose your money order from there. Your local store will be much more helpful than them. Don't recommend at all.

Worst App Experience Ever! I can't believe how terrible the Blinkit Android app is. It takes over 5 minutes just to load, and even then, it often crashes or freezes. This is absolutely unacceptable for a platform that claims to provide fast services. As a Full stack developer myself, I can assure you that these issues can be fixed in a click with the right skills.
