Hey, October 2025, still can't use the app, an error has occurred during the setup, and I cannot go further.

Excrement masquerading as an app. The app needs you to log in constantly, it won't stay connected to the device for more than a few months after which you need to go through the painful setup process again. Then it will connect and work for another few months, if your are lucky. Water consumption is for water dispensed via the app only.. Seriously?!? Please explain how that is in any way useful. I will never buy another grohe product again. I have others in my house and they are similarly flawed

Login is broken, linking to google login is broken and auto flush keeps turning off by itself.

Dear Janne, thank you for constructive feedback. We will analyze this issue. In the meantime, can you login with your email account and update the firmware of your GROHE Blue system which will fix the mentioned problem with auto-flush functionality? Thank you.
