Ratings and reviews

We can't get the app to work. It wont even recognize when i have Bluetooth off on my phone half the time. This app is so outdated it won't even download on my husband's pixel phone. The hardware has no problem connecting to either phone by Bluetooth... so it's all the apps fault. And we've tried every trick multiple times over two days since the sound system came in. Not happy.

I had no problem setting this up. The Monaco 5.1 connected easily to my TV and works great. I later added 2 more speakers and changed out the subwoofer with a 10" Klipsch. After plugging in the speakers, I pressed the connect button on the soundsend, and it picked up the added speakers right away. About a year later, I purchased a new TV, switched the soundsend disc to my new one, and connection was immediate.

It works alright. I've found the optical output to be a lot more reliable than arc. The problem is the device itself has no ir blaster so you can't control volume with optical. Would be awesome if you added a feature for pairing Bluetooth enabled universal remotes like the Sofabaton. Or at least make it so the volume rockers on your phone controlled the soundsend volume when in app.
