Worst experience ever !!!! I have been trying to log a compliant but the useless chat bot doesn't let me either connect to agents or not workingat all . Always says systems are down and try again later. In the last 6 years I have never thought of changing connection but now I feel I should reconsider owing to poor customer experience in solving issues

Very bad..Useless...third class service....Would not suggest to anyone for this.. They never reasponse..there is no way to connect with technical team...Wifi is not for the last week still they did not reach out to me...I have tried multiples time to connect with them through customer service or app but nobody is there to take care of the issue.....worst service provider they are.

Worst ever service from Hathway. I had opted 100mbps plan and yet not even 10 mbps speed comes. Sometimes, even WhatsApp messages couldn't be sent due to low network speed. Faced speed issues multiple times. Tried contacting the customer care but was never able to contact them. But on the bill due day, atleast 10-15 people keep on spamming my calls for bill payment. They won't respond for network issues but for bill payment, they just keep on calling. Never ever opt this.!
