Consistent geo location issues. Scooters cutting out when it says you're in a non-riding zone (on a main road) and at parking zones ie. having to park in the middle of a pavement to get within the circle perimeter. Started using the app again infrequently after a long break but disappointed to see very little has improved Otherwise, it's OK

I'm mobility challenged so i love the ability to get around quickly and the passes are a great deal. 7$ for 7 days with 45 mins/ day , its a promo deal but it's been on for awhile and it's way cheaper then the regular price. THANK YOU ! <X3.

Not the best way to travel I live on in a main arterial road, and had to move the scooter multiple times (eventually onto the property) in order to end the trip. This, apparently, kept pushing the price up on the ride. I ended up with a scooter on the front entry, and what was a $6 ride to over $8. I was refunded the $2 only after I lodged a complaint. While being refunded, the point I'm tl making is that it's a bit silly to restrict parking on a footpath where there is clear access for all
