overall i've had a pretty negetive experience with this app and mirror. Everytime I turn off the mirror it logs me out off my account and it never recognizes my face so I have to sign in manually and on top of that it always says my password is incorrect so I always have to reset. But today the worst part takes the cake. I'm trying to reset my password, again, but it wont let me change it. so im just going in circles. I wish I could get my money back for this. I do not reccomend.

Just received Himirror Plus+, cannot connect to my home wifi. Called customer service, they can't help either. Anyone have a solution? Well, it took a YEAR for it to finally start working!! But it SUCKS!! My $300 mirror from LAST year isn't even available on their web page anymore!! So no support!!

garbage product garbage customer service can't get ahold of anybody nothing charges probably nothing connects properly I can't sign into my original account I own every product this company makes and it's never worked properly stay away. this app will not work with himirror mini. There is no app for himirror mini.
