Accurate and convenient. All that I could ask for in a banking app. Mobile deposit is a great plus! Edit 3/1/24 - Dropped a couple stars since I'm having issues with mobile depositing any checks. I'm sitting with an elderly family member and am way out of range of any branch of this bank. I can find a work around but it would be more convenient to just be able to deposit from the app. Will restore 5s rating if I can get it to work.

One negative technicality with website behavioral aspect. Only one and it is peculiar to Home Bank's website. I am also XML literate. In brief when engaging site as I do multiple times per day excluding late Sunday early Monday when site is offline to customer access as routine. When site is up 24 7 if one hits their "Back" browser "Button" the site kicks client out of session. Regardless of client OS, BROWSER, or PC platform. I even get locked out and have to call Lafayette to get unlocked NDAY

Something is ALWAYS broken. If there's a bank holiday coming up, expect not to be able to download account statements, or maybe even check your balance, it's always something.
