This app would be more beneficial if it would work. Whether I am on wifi or using mobile data, it takes forever to get to the sign in screen and then sometimes it doesn't even get to there. App is absolutely useless if you need to check balance or transactions quickly.

App works great for me. Love having a small bank where they get to know you, unlike the big banks. Just be careful putting in your password because it will lock you out for 24 hours before allowing you to try again. I accidentally made that mistake, so at least I'm glad to find out it works to keep people out.....Sept. 4, 2023 Update gave the app a bug. Constant crashes..9/8/23 Uninstalled/Reinstalled. works fine now

This bank blocks all transactions if there is 1 out of 100 chance it is fraud even though I use my pin number and secure the transaction they continue to block everything. The app is zero help to resolve this issue I guess the teensy chance the robber may have broke in and stole my pin, my online account, my social, etc. Very negative aggravating experience...
