Both the PC and Android apps are clunky and terribly inefficient. It's not intuitive at all. It doesn't automatically update to the cloud, so if you want to switch between devices, you have to manually upload to the cloud on one device, then manually download on another device. But the real pain comes mostly from just trying to enter data, take photos, etc. I give it 2 stars only because it's better than using paper...barely. Many other issues, but I only have 500 characters for the review!

Not user friendly. The app forces you to press the check mark to save the photos and if you do it too quickly it'll delete them anyway. You have to click 2 buttons for it to open a separate page for you to type comments. Just let me click and start typing what is with all the bloat?? The camera will not keep flash on so you're constantly adjusting zoom so you can get the light back. They add features when the base app is terrible and they clearly do not care.

After taking a photo then clicking OK it often closes the report and takes me back to the first page of the app, that gives you the options of opening and downloading reports. This did not happen on the previous version. This is getting very troublesome. I now see that Several other people have had the same issue with the app crashing after they take a photo, over the last year, with no response from the App Developer. That's terrible business relations with HomeGauge. Still having Same problem
