It is incredibly frustrating when a "planned" outage overstays its welcome, especially when you can see that the majority of the 64,000 clients have been restored while you remain in the unlucky 2,200. The lack of updates on the app adds insult to injury.

App is only good for checking your bill. All other features provide incorrect information. I never needed a generator before moving to Quebec. Power outages happen very frequently and the app provides incorrect information on when the power outage actually started, when it will be fixed and what the progress is (this part is rarely updated). Why even bother giving the information if it's wrong? What is the use in an app that gives misleading information? Check your bill, that's it.

I downloaded to get notifications for peak hours for the winter credit but the app seems like it completely non-functional.
