If anyone is having a problem with creating a password, I think i know why. If you read the requirements it says you need a "minimum of 8 characters", what I think, is that they programmed it wrong. Instead of it being minimum they might have programmed it that the MAXIMUM is 8 characters. I tried multiple times to create a password with more than 8 characters and none of them were accepted. This is such a huge oversight, I wouldn't recommend signing up until this is fixed.

It won't let me approve a specific purchase or add it to the list of approved places. Every time I place a Walmart online order, it gets denied because the processing center is in Bentonville, AR. I've told them multiple times to allow this location, but it still gets denied. The app won't let me change this. It should have a feature where we can hit "yes, approve" or "no, deny," so we don't have to go through customer service every time.

This app has so many issues. Setup took several tries and restarts. After setup, adding card took several tries too. It is not specified that you need to manually enable transactions on the app, otherwise all transactions will be declined. Even after enabling transactions, could not do a transfer from paypal cause the bank kept declining funds. Representatives at the bank don't know how it works and can't even help. Would not recommend!
