I have tried mobile apps of almost all major Indian banks and this one is by far the most user friendly. I really appreciate that IDFC is working on their digital services and user experience. Keep doing this and I'm sure you will grow quickly than the competition. 4 stars only because the app feels laggy sometimes, please consider upgrading your servers, they seem slow. Otherwise app is very good in terms of UX and UI.

Update: I have sent an email yesterday. Only received automated response. No update after that. Init: I applied for the FD backed Wow credit card. I tried to increase the limit by adding another FD but I keep on getting error: Account not eligible. You don't have any account eligible for creating fixed deposit. I don't have a savings bank account with IDFC. I just want to be able to increase my limit. If you can do it without a new FD then it would be very helpful.

It has scroll issues. Once you scroll down, you cannot scroll up or down. I have to close the app and reopen again. Edit: I reinstalled the app and the issue still persists. Also there is no response when clicking again on the button previously clicked,
